Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the Architecture team within assigned engineering teams to drive platform modernization aligned to the Target State Architecture (TSA).
  • •Apply AI tooling and Spec-Driven Development to modernize platform components owned by teams.
  • •Partner with engineers and technical leadership to unblock work, transfer architectural patterns, and advise on migration approach, sequencing, and risk.
  • •Advocate for TSA-aligned solutions in technical discussions and design meetings with engineering leads and stakeholders.
  • •Write and review Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and RFCs, coaching authors and defining standards for tooling, coding, processes, AI usage, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software development experience, primarily building and scaling backend systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
  • •TypeScript/Node.js experience preferred (Java or .NET background also considered).
  • •Experience with containerization and containerized application deployment.
  • •Comfort pairing directly with engineers and technical leadership while applying AI-assisted development practices.
