Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Managed Services Consultant to deliver premium BAU services, align client outcomes with expectations, and drive value through scalable processes and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner with Account Managers, Support Analysts, and Product Managers to optimize client experiences, reduce reliance on premium services, and guide clients through Addepar’s platform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to support clients as you implement scalable, best-practice solutions for existing Addepar environments.
•Deliver high-value client outcomes aligned with client expectations.
•Proactively handle expectations and communication both internally and externally.
•Ensure retention of clients driven by high client satisfaction and reference-ability.
•Establish and drive progress throughout the life of a project to ensure client success.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services or Consulting is preferred; prior client-facing experience is a plus.
•Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
•Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems, or willingness to learn.
•Independent, adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to occasionally travel to visit clients if necessary
