Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the technical roadmap for regulatory reporting automation across licensed entities and jurisdictions.
  • •Lead architecture decisions across data pipelines, submission tooling, and AI-assisted compliance workflows.
  • •Own delivery of regulatory reporting milestones, ensuring reports are accurate, on time, and auditable.
  • •Serve as primary engineering point of contact for Compliance, Legal, and Finance, translating requirements into technical specifications.
  • •Drive adoption of AI/LLM tooling for repetitive review, gap analysis, and interpretation tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • •Strong backend foundation with Python, Kotlin, or Java, and comfort with SQL at scale.
