Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards and deliver promised services, materials, and craftsmanship.
  • •Plan and direct construction activities for internal resources and subcontractors across each phase; lead coordination meetings between trades.
  • •Maintain accurate records including daily logs, progress reports, and financial reports related to facilities construction.
  • •Enforce contract expectations from subcontractors; approve subcontractor work and handle discrepancies.

Key Requirements
