Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and set up new operating models for Alternatives portfolio/fund structures in collaboration with Operational Design and Delivery.
  • •Support updates to operating models to reflect new services, processes, and controls.
  • •Develop global operating framework elements including complexity and risk assessment and documentation, as part of the Design and Delivery Operations team.
  • •Map end-to-end processes and engage with risk and controls stakeholders for guidance, support, and assurance.
  • •Engage with third-party providers and support counterparty due diligence and operational integration planning across initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Alternative products, preferably within investment operations or equivalent middle-office services in asset management.
  • •Exposure to real assets and/or private credit operating models and fund structures (plus).
  • •Professional certifications (e.g., CAIA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, FRM) are an advantage.
  • •Ability to manage operational risk in a changing environment and work efficiently and accurately to deadlines.
  • •Effective project management, organisational and interpersonal skills, including experience dealing with outsourced service providers.
