Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver predominantly planned maintenance, with occasional reactive maintenance and small works.
  • •Use practical skills to identify and resolve issues and complete maintenance tasks to a high standard.
  • •Support the wider team in keeping the estate compliant, safe, and in excellent condition.
  • •Schedule and manage your own tasks and workload, working independently for most of the role.
  • •Be the face of VIVO on site with regular customer-facing interaction and ownership of daily work from the site.
  • •Maintain facilities for commercial buildings, offices, and surrounding areas across two sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a handyperson, tradesperson, or in a practical maintenance environment.
  • •Hands-on problem-solving approach with flexibility to support a range of maintenance tasks.
  • •Comfortable delivering predominantly planned maintenance, with some reactive maintenance and small works.
  • •Experience in planned maintenance is desirable, with joinery-based skills particularly useful (training available if needed).
  • •Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, and laptop, including Microsoft Office 365 and relevant VIVO systems (training provided).
