Job Summary

Support the TikTok LIVE Operations team across content strategy and monetization. Work on live-streaming operations, set guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users, and help negotiate with content partners to grow the “Live+” ecosystem. Assist with planning and launching LIVE campaign strategies based on trending topics and social hot issues, and contribute to user growth, retention, consumption, and ARPU through lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

•Support live-streaming operations and set guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users.
•Negotiate contracts and cooperate with content partners.
•Establish and maintain partnerships with content providers to build a “Live+” ecosystem with brands and companies.
•Explore new campaign strategies and plan and launch LIVE streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, and social hot issues.
•Drive TikTok LIVE user growth by improving retention, consumption rate, and Average Revenue Per User through lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
•Available to start immediately for a duration of 6 months.
•Strong communication and writing skills in Russian and English.
•Preferred: capable of multitasking, taking initiative, and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
•Preferred: experience in data analysis and a good understanding of trending topics and social content products.
