Job Summary

Monitor and manage EquipmentShare’s heavy equipment rental fleet using 7x24x365 remote monitoring. Respond to events and alarms, triage and escalate incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with technical support and cross-functional teams to resolve problems. Manage maintenance intervals with work orders and PM kit scheduling, handle customer and branch communications, and ensure SLO/SLA performance while keeping ticket backlogs and change requests on track.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide 7x24x365 fleet monitoring, reporting and responding to events and alarms, and support incident management (impact definition, escalation, troubleshooting, resolution).
•Partner with Services Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across equipment assets and customer-owned fleets.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Warranty, Procurement, Software Engineering, Service Technicians, Service Managers) to resolve issues across functional areas.
•Monitor service maintenance intervals, create work orders, and schedule service plus order/ship PM service kits.
•Manage customer and branch communications across chat, email, and phone; maintain ticket backlogs and follow up until cases are resolved to satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of remote monitoring/management center experience in heavy equipment, truck, or diesel engine industries.
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Sciences, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with direct customer support experience.
•Strong technical expertise in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industries.
•Ability to work rotating shifts in a 7x24 environment with potential on-call schedule.
•Working knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
