Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 7x24x365 fleet monitoring, reporting and responding to events and alarms, and support incident management (impact definition, escalation, troubleshooting, resolution).
  • •Partner with Services Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across equipment assets and customer-owned fleets.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Warranty, Procurement, Software Engineering, Service Technicians, Service Managers) to resolve issues across functional areas.
  • •Monitor service maintenance intervals, create work orders, and schedule service plus order/ship PM service kits.
  • •Manage customer and branch communications across chat, email, and phone; maintain ticket backlogs and follow up until cases are resolved to satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of remote monitoring/management center experience in heavy equipment, truck, or diesel engine industries.
  • •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Sciences, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with direct customer support experience.
  • •Strong technical expertise in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industries.
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts in a 7x24 environment with potential on-call schedule.
  • •Working knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
