Key Responsibilities

  • •Review assigned maintenance tasks with the Maintenance Manager to understand work scope, priorities, documentation, and cautions before starting.
  • •Prepare and perform scheduled maintenance, including aircraft test and inspection tasks, to identify and record defects or damage per approved procedures.
  • •Carry out scheduled servicing, transit, daily and weekly checks, and component replacement/test tasks within the authorised Technician Cat 1 scope.
  • •Manage safety for assigned tasks by following published precautions and using proper GSE and protective equipment.
  • •Report task status to the In-Charge and alert them to problems with aircraft condition or execution; maintain cost awareness during maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified and experienced Civil Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience performing maintenance on large commercial aircraft, preferably Airbus types.
  • •At least 4 years’ experience in a Base/Line Maintenance environment.
  • •Holds a current CAR 66 CAT A1 Maintenance License.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for technical communications, and ability to use Microsoft Office.
