Job Summary

Own security analytics from end to end: integrate data from SIEM/EDR/IAM/DLP, ITSM, cloud, HR, and vulnerability management systems; clean, transform, and visualize it in Excel and Power BI; and build governed datasets with Row-Level Security and optimized performance. Define and maintain security KPIs/KRIs, drive dashboarding and ad hoc root-cause analysis, and collaborate with CISO, SecOps, and GRC stakeholders to deliver actionable risk insights and audit-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage CISO, SecOps, GRC, and IT stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
•Integrate security and operational data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems.
•Develop and govern analytics datasets using Excel and Power BI, including refresh scheduling, Row-Level Security, and performance optimization.
•Define, architect, and maintain security KPIs/KRIs such as vulnerability remediation SLAs, patch cadence, phishing training outcomes, MTTR, and control health.
•Create executive and operational dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and trend reporting with proper data validation, lineage, and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Proven experience leading data analytics teams and projects focused on security analytics.
•Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
•Excellent communication skills to engage and influence senior executive stakeholders.
•In-depth knowledge of data governance, security metrics, and operational excellence practices.
