Job Summary

Lead advanced industrialization strategies for sourcing and manufacturing of next-generation aerospace components, oversee Assembly & Test readiness, and drive MRL progression across global supplier networks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize make/buy decisions, negotiate long-term agreements, and ensure on-time delivery while advancing industrial maturity for future propulsion programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead sourcing and manufacturing activities for critical components, modules, assembly systems, and tooling/testing systems for new programs (demonstrators, archetypes 1 to 10).
•Collaborate with the Advanced Industrialization Director, OPE leads, project managers, and industrial engineers to plan and execute RLPM milestones and production readiness deliverables, aligned with production plans.
•Define make, buy, or partner strategies for new components by integrating technical and operational requirements and developing/selecting partners, suppliers, and technologies (precision casting, machining, coatings, additive manufacturing).
•Develop and implement dual/multi-sourcing strategies to mitigate risks and establish Factory Standard Cost (FSC).
•Negotiate long-term agreements covering pricing, non-recurring costs, schedules, maintenance, tooling, and contract terms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
•Over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, or industrialization of aerospace engine components, or similar demanding industries.
•Strong knowledge of aerospace processes and materials (casting, machining, coatings, additive manufacturing, Inconel, titanium alloys, composites, etc.) and experience with regulated industry processes.
•Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, project management (planning, cost control, risk mitigation), communication and problem-solving.
•Ability to influence complex multi-site projects and lead change initiatives.
