Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units in accordance with specified regulations and documentation standards.
  • •Match items to turn-in documentation and ensure accuracy/completeness of records.
  • •Update Army logistics systems to reflect receipt transactions and maintain accurate inbound/outbound logs.
  • •Stage/transfer items to designated warehouse/yard locations and prepare/process outbound shipments for transfer, redistribution, or disposal.
  • •Generate/review shipping documentation, file shipping/receiving/discrepancy reports, and coordinate with transportation and supply teams while following safety, OSHA, and HAZMAT requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s in logistics or supply desired.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience (military or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems highly desirable.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and maintain REAL ID requirements.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (OF 346 license preferred).
