Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically scope and lead multi-quarter, high-visibility executive-sponsored projects across Experience & Rewards systems and processes.
  • •Own and write detailed functional requirements, business processes, and use cases as the primary conduit between stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • •Serve as the functional specialist and delivery lead for the Experience & Rewards pod, focusing on integrations and workflows for Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits.
  • •Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog from start to finish, ensuring on-time execution for aligned stakeholder groups.
  • •Operate actively in Scrum by breaking epics into user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in sprint planning/backlog refinement/retrospectives, and proactively resolving risks and requirement trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience on the Workday platform in a delivery role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
  • •Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with deep functional knowledge of Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance/Rewards modules.
  • •Proven track record as a Delivery Lead managing complex, multi-system initiatives.
  • •Ability to handle complex issues spanning multiple applications and processes, requiring analysis of diverse data factors.
  • •Exceptional collaboration skills to build stakeholder relationships and reach consensus; strong leadership qualities to guide teams and mentor junior colleagues.
