Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide daily store operations and hourly associates to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • •Train Sales Associates via one-on-ones and small group sessions on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies.
  • •Support merchandising by displaying adidas products and creating or following display schedules and suggestions.
  • •Assist with documentation for applicants and new hires, and support staffing and labor cost control standards.
