Job Summary

Provide advanced technical support and on-site field service for Honeywell Industrial Automation customers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues, oversee installation and commissioning of gas detectors, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Work with customers and internal teams on a hybrid schedule from Hsinchu, Taiwan, traveling as needed to sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site technical support to customers in industries such as petroleum, smelting, chemical, and high-tech sectors.
•Handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gas detectors.
•Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure high-quality and timely service, resolving any technical issues encountered on-site.
•Document and report on field service activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of field service or repair experience in a related industry. Experience with gas detectors or similar products is preferred.
•Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
•Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in industries such as petroleum and chemical.
•Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with customers and internal teams.
