Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support the regional training roadmap, governance model, and standardized processes aligned to operational and business priorities.
  • •Design scalable training curricula, learning frameworks, and materials for technical and production audiences.
  • •Create train-the-trainer resources, trainer-qualification criteria, learning paths, and proficiency assessments for consistent delivery.
  • •Lead training-readiness activities for new product introductions, process changes, technology deployments, and site-to-site transfers.
  • •Maintain training databases, dashboards, and standardized reports to track skills, qualifications, readiness, and capability gaps, and measure training effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • •Approximately 3–5 years of experience in technical training, manufacturing, operations, or another process-driven environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience creating training curricula and learning frameworks for technical or operational audiences.
  • •Strong communication, facilitation, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • •Experience with training databases, dashboards, learning-management systems, or electronic training records (asset).
