Global Head of Network Management

Lead the firmwide identification and management of network risk across HSBC’s agent bank network, intermediaries, and financial market infrastructure (e.g., CCPs, CSDs, trading venues). Partner with business heads to embed risk appetite and mitigation strategies, manage relationships with network providers, and provide management information using KPI/KRI reporting. Oversee distributed teams, drive regulatory assurance, and maintain relationships with key regulators.
