Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and strengthen existing key client relationships.
  • •Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and market opportunities.
  • •Grow and develop the cost management team with responsibility to expand the team.

  • •Participate in business plan development and own delivery of project and overall business targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering, or equivalent
  • •Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English
  • •Construction Cost Estimation or Quantity Surveying experience
  • •Experience across the majority of Cost Management duties (Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation, Contract Knowledge, Change Orders, Final Account close-out)
  • •10+ years of practical experience in related fields; candidates should have related construction cost management experience, particularly data centers or high-tech manufacturing.
