Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute Cohere’s strategic narrative across Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling.
  • •Partner with the VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and content strategy/execution across the storytelling surfaces.
  • •Audit and conduct gap analyses across senior voices, then develop content playbooks for predictable inflection moments like regulatory milestones and product launches.
  • •Stand up and refine the production function, including stage capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks.
  • •Build AI-enabled workflows using Cohere products for transcript-to-asset pipelines and narrative consistency, and scale content surfaces based on impact analysis and team capacity.
