Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally for Capital Advance, Line of Credit, early pay, and similar constructs.
  • •Drive the full credit product lifecycle: eligibility, offer creation, underwriting, disbursement, collections, and repeat/renewal with speed, scale, and trust.
  • •Partner with Data Science and Risk to shape credit models and risk-based pricing.
  • •Lead geographic and currency expansion and deepen marketplace integrations.
  • •Define north-star and success metrics and run experiments; collaborate with Data, Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and GTM to deliver outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years delivering fintech, lending/credit, or platform products end-to-end from discovery to production.
  • •Proven ability to ship data-driven products with Data Science and Risk (models, underwriting, pricing).
  • •Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and platform/API design.
  • •Fluency with metrics, experimentation, and funnel optimization to drive conversion and retention.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional squads in Agile product development environments.
