Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FSQA technicians on the assigned shift.
  • •Verify and maintain accurate, up-to-date records; verify production paperwork and perform production floor checks.
  • •Conduct audits and prepare the facility for GFSI and customer-specific audits; assist FSQA manager with compliance.
  • •Investigate and resolve customer complaints, foreign material incidents, and environmental issues.
  • •Oversee GMP and housekeeping audits, annual HACCP reassessment, and facilitate team member food safety training; provide coverage across shifts as needed, including occasional weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment; prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Preferred HACCP/HARPC certifications and broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs.
  • •Basic computer skills for simple queries and spreadsheets; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication for all levels, plus critical thinking and problem-solving. Must be able to comply with US residency requirement and no sponsorship availability.
