•Proactively identify and target high-potential merchants within the assigned area to acquire new agents for Yassir's financial services product.
•Present the agent wallet product to potential agents, highlighting its benefits for them (increased revenue) and their customers (financial inclusion).
•Negotiate and onboard new agents, ensuring they understand the product offering and contractual terms.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agents, fostering open communication and addressing their concerns promptly.
•Conduct regular visits to agents to ensure they are satisfied with the service and provide ongoing support.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of sales experience
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
•Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
•Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
•Proficiency in using mobile applications
