Product Manager

Own a growing AI and talent product portfolio spanning AI Reporting (including text-to-SQL), Health Insurance, and Performance Management. Lead product discovery, requirements, and design for insurance logic and performance workflows, then manage end-to-end integrations across insurance platforms, HR/performance systems, and data pipelines. Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensure high-quality delivery, monitor product usage, and coordinate cross-functional execution and go-to-market with partners.
