Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct product discovery by understanding customer workflows and pain points across insurance operations, performance management, reporting, and knowledge base.
  • •Define product requirements, user journeys, edge cases, and business rules for insurance logic, performance management, and AI experiences.
  • •Lead end-to-end scoping, design, and delivery of integrations with insurance platforms, HRIS/performance systems, and AI reporting/data pipelines.
  • •Define user stories and acceptance criteria, provide context on insurance workflows and AI capabilities/limitations, and collaborate to ship high-quality features.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution and go-to-market with engineering, design, operations, customer success, and strategic partners/vendors; monitor usage and performance for iteration.
