Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems and malfunctions.
  • •Repair, replace, or rebuild process equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, valves, and motors.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled and maintain facility equipment, property structures, and grounds maintenance.
  • •Log all work performed on preventive maintenance work orders, repair work orders, and new equipment installations in the CMMS program.
  • •Serve on the Plant Safety Committee and attend company-sponsored safety training programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of Electrical 3-phase systems, PLCs, and controls.
  • •Extensive experience repairing and/or replacing pumps, motors, filters, and pipes.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems and malfunctions.
  • •Experience with welding, cutting, and grinding, and operating powered shop tools.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; must be available for emergency call-in on a rotating basis.
