Job Summary

Lead integrated product team execution for a defense-focused advanced technology program, managing schedule, cost, and technical subsystem requirements in line with contractual commitments. Partner with chief technologist pyramids, technical subject matter experts, and customer stakeholders to drive program vision, alignment across Sub-IPTs, and risk/opportunity mitigation. Report performance metrics such as Estimates At Complete (EAC), mentor team members, and communicate status, accomplishments, and needed support across program leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet contractual commitments for assigned programs, including financial, technical, and schedule performance.
•Report program and functional leadership metrics, including Estimates At Complete (EAC).
•Provide technical execution leadership to design, develop, integrate, test, verify, qualify, and deliver compliant systems within design-to-cost targets.
•Communicate program status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed to leadership and the customer community while aligning Sub-IPTs.
•Lead program risk management, mentor team members, and manage development maturation of emerging technology for production-ready designs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in program management and/or IPT execution within the defense industry.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams, including at least 4 of: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and/or administrative functions.
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and/or risk and opportunity management.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start.
