Key Responsibilities

  • •Support coordinators and managers by multitasking and organizing festival projects
  • •Fulfill customer orders by scanning barcodes and matching tickets and/or wristbands to order details
  • •Maintain the fulfillment floor and assist temporary staff to ensure order accuracy
  • •Troubleshoot order discrepancies during the fulfillment process
  • •Assist with training and onboarding of temporary staff and complete data entry/record keeping

Key Requirements
