Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve daily production goals focused on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity while assembling Low Voltage Assemblies.
  • •Allocate materials, prepare raw material, perform assembly, execute electrical testing, and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • •Support assembly operation areas including Lean Line tasks (e.g., can prep, tape, bridge joint build, print paperwork/labels, brush testing, final test) plus Flex Line and PowerWave2 assembly operations.
  • •Use fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair components and operate layout, drilling, sawing, punching, riveting, caulking, and painting tools/materials as needed.
  • •Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings; follow SOPs/WSRA requirements; apply identification labels and perform visual inspections and quality checks.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 months of experience using hand and air tools.
  • •Ability to follow standard operating procedures, method sheets, and supervisor instructions (written or verbal).
  • •Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs, and stand for long periods.
