Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and facilitate agencies assigned delinquent/charged-off accounts to collect and recover dues owed to the bank.
  • •Communicate targets, assess ongoing agency performance, and ensure follow-ups and new contact details are captured on the collections system.
  • •Resolve agency queries daily and support customers to pay what is owed through managing objections and negotiations.
  • •Track skips, help identify new contact details and improve the contactable base by segregating accounts appropriately.
  • •Raise settlement requests, ensure clearances/letters and releases are provided after settlement, and close accounts in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum graduate with 3–5 years of banking experience.
  • •Experience in collections/recovery agency management in UAE is advantageous.
  • •High level of MS Office knowledge is required.
  • •Excellent communication with strong negotiation and persuasion skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • •Good command of English; working knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
