Key Responsibilities

•Lead two to three research workstreams within a product or customer domain, defining the research agenda and aligning insights with goals.
•Design and execute mixed-method studies (usability testing, generative discovery, segmentation, conjoint analysis, surveys) with methodological rigor.
•Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and R&D to integrate research into decision-making and communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
•Deliver strategic studies that shape product, regional, or go-to-market decisions and drive measurable improvements in customer metrics.
•Mentor junior researchers and contribute to hiring and team development to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as a Researcher, ideally in fintech or monetisation domains
•Strong understanding of how research informs decisions across product, marketing, and R&D in a fintech or B2B context
•Proven experience in analytical product research work
•Understanding of customer journeys and PLG techniques — able to contribute to conversion and engagement strategies
•Ability to communicate complex insights simply and persuasively to senior stakeholders
