Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor the Security Access Control team, including training on badge printing, visitor management hardware, and system operations using SOP documentation.
  • •Serve as the escalation point for regional access control needs and complex technical issues.
  • •Coordinate team workflow to ensure consistent service delivery across sites and monitor performance with ongoing coaching.
  • •Issue credentials and manage access for employees, contractors, and guests, including create/assign/maintain/revoke/audit in Genetec ClearID and process requests via an enterprise ticketing system.
  • •Manage visitor access in the enterprise visitor management system and maintain access control documentation using change management and process controls.

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience managing physical access control in a corporate environment.
  • •3+ years of experience creating and modifying access credentials in Genetec and ClearID enterprise access control systems.
  • •Proven customer service experience in a corporate office environment.
  • •Experience in the physical security industry with exposure to global operations and projects.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira (ticketing), and collaboration tools.
