Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate cash flow planning, and manage payouts to sellers/vendors.
  • •Automate financial calculations and integrate tally with backend software to improve reporting accuracy.
  • •Prepare monthly MIS and annual budget, and provide variance analysis and insights for leadership.
  • •Maintain accurate accounts and robust reporting to support resource allocation and strategic decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 450,000 - 720,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-growing startup or consumer health business.
  • •Strong experience with reconciliation, cash flow management, and vendor payouts.
