Job Summary

Work within the GCC Facades team to provide CAD/BIM support. You will produce BIM models and CAD drawings and, over time, contribute to detailed engineering designs across multiple projects. As a BIM technician, you’ll support teammates while designing facade access-related aluminum and steel systems, considering key performance elements such as waterproofing, insulation, fire barriers, glazing systems, and complex structural detailing.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide CAD/BIM support to the GCC Facades team.
•Produce BIM models and CAD drawings for multiple concurrent projects.
•Contribute to detailed engineering design work over time.
•Support other team members with BIM/technical assistance as part of the BIM technician role.
•Design aluminum and steel systems for facade access, factoring in waterproofing, insulation, fire barriers, glazing systems, and complex structures.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Civil or architecture.
•Provide CAD/BIM support by producing BIM models and CAD drawings.
•Over time, develop detailed engineering designs for facade access projects.
•Design aluminum and steel systems considering waterproofing and insulation requirements.
•Experience working on complex glazing systems and facade assemblies with attention to fire barriers and structural details.
