Key Responsibilities

  • •Take off quantities per drawing and review tender/contract specifications and drawings.
  • •Prepare or verify Bills of Quantities and scope of work.
  • •Support cost planning, cost control, and contract management against project requirements.
  • •Assist with project estimate, tendering, variation order audit, claims, variation, and extra works assessment.
  • •Support contract close-out and final account settlement, including maintaining proper documentation filing.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years’ experience in mechanical or equivalent work in Oil & Gas / petrochemical plants.
  • •Experience working on PMC or EPC projects is preferable.
  • •Experience in quantity surveying (QS) against MTO and BOQ.
  • •Experience preparing payment and re-measurement.
  • •Good command in English with a teamwork attitude and problem-solving skills.
