  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis to solve complex DT program challenges.
  • •Manage key performance metrics, financials, EVMS, and staffing; provide regular status reports and operations reviews.
  • •Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), track capital and expense spending, and ensure compliance with security and infrastructure regulations; direct DT personnel and third-party collaborations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship required for eligibility.
  • •Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, or Project Manager leading cross-functional teams.
