Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee transport route planning and execution by linking operational rosters with headcount and transport plans for the fleet.
  • •Own and improve fleet planning technologies including Power BI, planning systems, GPS/telematics, and CRM; support integrations (e.g., GPS to WS DMS).
  • •Lead analysts and supervisors responsible for publishing plans and managing route execution, including daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc GPS reporting.
  • •Optimize route planning and produce planned vs. actual reporting for fleet, KMs, and utilization against budget; support accommodation allocation optimization.
  • •Manage TMS vendors and SLAs, coordinate business planning and stakeholder communications (DOC/TCC/AOC/SOC), and run business continuity planning and risk analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •MS Excel/Office and Power BI proficiency for planning and reporting.
  • •Exposure to GPS systems and GPS/vehicle/depot reporting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field.
  • •Experience with general business intelligence tools for planned vs. actual and utilization reporting.
  • •TMS background with at least 5 years of experience (Paragon experience preferred).
