Greet customers in the branch lobby and help them complete simple transactions using mobile app or ATM technology. Provide personalized advice and solutions, educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, and connect customers to Bankers for next steps. Follow all cash-handling and regulatory policies and procedures while delivering exceptional, customer-centric service during branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
