Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deployment of Industry 4.0 initiatives for smart manufacturing and digital transformation.
  • •Drive machine connectivity (IIoT), data acquisition, and real-time performance monitoring systems.
  • •Develop CI and Industry 4.0 strategy with site leadership; implement CI roadmap and annual CI calendar aligned to strategic initiatives.
  • •Lead Lean Six Sigma deployment across plant functions and run Rapid Improvement Events, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and breakthrough projects.
  • •Execute cost-out by eliminating waste and improving efficiencies, and facilitate CI & I4.0 training across plant levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •7+ years of experience in manufacturing, including 7–8 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience driving Industry 4.0 initiatives and executing IoT solutions.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and ability to execute Value Stream Mapping.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing principles and technical specifications (PLC systems knowledge is an added advantage).
