•Assist FSQA leadership in supervising shift inspectors to ensure compliance with food safety and specification adherence.
•Break down daily plans into detailed work assignments and accommodate technician absences.
•Monitor progress across shift production activities and provide input to meet FSQA objectives.
•Conduct shift briefings on work assignments, production schedule, and areas needing extra attention.
•Investigate nonconformance issues, ensure nonconforming products are isolated and placed on Hold, and identify root cause.
