Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory cycles, merchandising, and transaction processing while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
