Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic consultation and solutions to mitigate physical and safety risks across local, regional, and enterprise levels.
  • •Design, develop, and execute controls, tests, and programs to ensure retail locations meet physical security requirements, industry standards, and regulations including the Bank Protection Act (BPA).
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate risk; respond to and manage security incidents and crisis situations.
  • •Manage security projects and initiatives and deploy/manage contract guard resources in the assigned area of responsibility.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to build safety alignment, deliver security training, and analyze security and safety trends to develop risk mitigation strategies.

Salary: USD 146,600 - 167,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience managing physical security, multi-site retail security, or law enforcement operations.
  • •At least 7 years of experience managing relationships in retail security, safety and security operations, or law enforcement.
  • •At least 3 years in a leadership role.
