Key Responsibilities

•Lead project management commissions and end-to-end service delivery, often on large or complex projects.
•Act as the day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
•Prepare and maintain master project plans, definitions of project requirements and success criteria.
•Establish governance, processes and systems; manage resources, procurement, budgets and forecasts; and lead cross-functional teams.
•Identify and manage project risks, monitor performance with KPIs and manage change control and stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

•NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred).
•Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS (preferred).
•Degree qualified in a construction related subject.
•Experience leading project management commissions and end-to-end service delivery.
•Ability to establish governance, schedules, budgets and manage stakeholder interfaces.
