  • •Oversee design and preparation of electrical and I&C deliverables, addressing constructability, safety, and project constraints.
  • •Perform complex CAD tasks and coordinate production of drawings while resolving interface issues and maintaining integrated digital project content.
  • •Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop facility designs and advance deliverables through feasibility through construction support.
  • •Manage CAD execution including task budgets, staffing plan/schedule updates, and create/update group-specific CAD standards; participate in meetings (with occasional travel).

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant power or industrial experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •5+ years experience as discipline CAD lead.
  • •Proficiency in electrical design layouts, fittings, materials, and understanding field instruments, wiring, and control systems.
  • •Experience with CAD workflows and 3D model data integration using laser scans and LiDAR (including coordinate systems and data transformation).
  • •Experience managing engineering design execution, including bills of materials/quantity takeoffs and checking/verifying peer work.
