Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute full-cycle accounts receivable from quote-to-cash, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections follow-up.
  • •Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely approvals and payments.
  • •Design, maintain, audit, and document sales commission plans in spreadsheets and Odoo.
  • •Maintain clean sales data capture processes in Odoo for reliable reporting.
  • •Support annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and headcount reviews; identify and automate repetitive finance processes using scripting and AI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, finance, revenue operations, business operations, or consulting.

  • •CPA or working towards CPA designation.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals including GAAP basics, revenue recognition, and AR/AP processes.
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, plus comfort translating financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
