Lead internal technical initiatives for the Tech organization by owning product vision, roadmap, and execution for data-intensive platforms and foundational datasets. Partner with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams to turn complex needs into clear requirements, drive delivery through adoption, and improve quality, reliability, and usability. Use structured project management, define success metrics (quality, completeness, latency, reliability), and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs across stakeholders.

•Ability to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on technical problem spaces.
•Experience driving large internal initiatives across multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional dependencies.
