Key Responsibilities

•Develop, lead and oversee the annual budgeting process, as well as ongoing P&L forecasting to enable the business unit to deliver on key revenue and EBITDA targets
•Collaborate with business unit leadership and department heads to provide insights into revenue growth, cost reduction, and capital investment
•Monitor key EBITDA levers and provide recommendations on corrective actions to business unit leaders as necessary
•Oversee development and distribution monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet); perform variance analysis and provide forward-looking recommendations on resource allocation to achieve EBITDA targets
•Partner with business leaders and department heads to identify and implement process improvements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually
