Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and review supply and turn-in documents, including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and inventory adjustment forms.
  • •Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems in compliance with Army records management requirements.
  • •Enter supply and accountability transactions into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, or DPAS and ensure turn-in actions are properly documented for audit readiness.
  • •Provide front-line administrative support to Army units and assist with resolving documentation errors or discrepancies.
  • •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the Site Manager, COR, and QA staff while ensuring compliance with Army regulations and ISO 9001:2015.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in administration, logistics, or business preferred.
  • •3–5 years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Experience supporting U.S. Army supply/property accountability or contractor operations strongly preferred.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
