Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&L at the regional/SBU/LOB level, monitoring performance and driving targets for pricing, orders, revenue, VCM, fixed costs, FCF, and conversion
  • •Collaborate with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO, AOP, and forecasting to ensure accurate, timely projections
  • •Lead monthly reviews with operations and finance to assess R&O, performance, variances, and action plan alignment
  • •Provide financial analysis and new insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • •Standardize and automate finance processes, oversee recurring deliverables (accruals, intercompany recharges, financial reporting), and prepare leadership presentations

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration
  • •6+ years of overall finance experience
  • •Ability to partner with the business in commercial excellence and go above and beyond
  • •Exposure to global customers and ability to work effectively with all levels and align with other departments/sites
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems and finance tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel; SAP/Oracle/Essbase/HANA-BW/Hyperion)
