Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead on planning for multiple projects or a complex programme, coordinating with junior planning professionals on high-value initiatives.
  • •Create, develop and maintain project schedules to align with complex requirements in risk-managed projects or programmes.
  • •Ensure adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions; assist in developing status reports for management.
  • •Contribute to day-to-day project management by overseeing Integrated Project Controls standards and processes; mentor and coach planning personnel.
  • •Analyze schedule progress, float, critical path and constraints to recommend recovery actions and report on project KPIs and EVM periodically.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the whole Project lifecycle
  • •Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance
  • •Member of a professional body (e.g., APM or PMI)
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong leadership with stakeholder management
