Job Summary

Bridge raw revenue data and strategy to power end-to-end GTM execution as you scale automated spend management across Europe. Build and maintain “single source of truth” dashboards for KPIs like CAC, LTV, NRR, and pipeline velocity, model forecasting and churn propensity, and translate ambiguous questions into measurable insights. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, plus Data Engineering and Finance to improve data integrity and support leadership with actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Create full-funnel insights across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify bottlenecks and conversion opportunities.
•Develop and maintain automated dashboards for GTM KPIs such as CAC, LTV, NRR, and pipeline velocity.
•Design analytics data models and tables to ensure data integrity across the tech stack and reconcile discrepancies across sources.
•Build and continuously improve predictive models for sales forecasting and churn propensity.
•Analyze drivers in the sales process (discounting, lead routing, promotion effectiveness) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
