Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage 5–8 strategic key hospitals and execute customer success plans and annual development plans.
  • •Maximize customer device value through improved utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • •Track customer business development and clinical outcomes over time.
  • •Build and grow regional/national expert/KOL networks, including signing and developing brand ambassadors and creating industry benchmark cases.
  • •Drive clinical evidence generation and support show site/Center of Excellence and training center initiatives, plus establish strategic partnerships with associations, hospitals, government bodies, and industry partners.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in the medical industry.
  • •Experience in customer management, clinical marketing, academic promotion, or business development; strategic customer management is preferred.
  • •Experience building KOL collaborations and managing academic projects is preferred.
  • •Experience in interventional radiology, cardiovascular, or neuro-interventional fields is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical medicine, medical imaging, biomedical engineering, public health, marketing, or a related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
